The SAP Procure2Pay Manager is a key member of the team responsible for the design, deployment, and ongoing support of the Global JELD-WEN SAP S4HANA solution. This position will collaborate with a geographically diverse internal IT team, systems integration partners, Corporate and Regional business teams to achieve strategic program goals and objectives by delivering a world-class solution on time and budget. It will be a member of the Global SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) team to provide subject matter expertise for business processes concerning global sourcing, operational procurement, collaboration with supplier business partners. It will also bring forth expertise in the areas of raw material, indirect procurement, inter-company processes and supply chain
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure proper impact analysis to changes proposed to the global design in subsequent rollouts.
You will project manage multiple tracks of activity - configuration, RICEFW development specification - acceptance testing, documentation approval and status reporting.
You will orchestrate and facilitate regional teams for design dissemination workshops for rollouts, analyze data and process readiness.
Coordinate satisfactory resolution of business requirements between sourcing and plant operations such that MRP runs result in accurate proposals for optimal total cost of acquisition of materials and services
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a minimum of seven years related work experience
Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment
At least one implementation on S4H and exposure to transacting via Fiori Launch Pad.
Experience in designing enterprise structure elements, master data ( material classes / characteristics, vendors with multiple supply-remit to relationships , PIR etc) for a highly variant configured product environment.
Strong business acumen to finetune MRP results for procurement actions - lead times, optimal order quantity based on freight cost, inventory carrying cost, BOM/engineering changes and safety stock parameters.
Experience with pricing conditions, scales, discounts.
Experience with business partner design using a multi-geographic hierarchy.
Analytical ability to interpret and translate forecasts to monitor supplier commitment processes, PPV metrics.
Knowledge of EDI , VMI and consignment is highly desirable.
This position will be based at JELD-WEN Corporate headquarters in Charlotte with 40% percent out of-area and overnight travel expectations.
