As a member of the Make to Deploy process team, the PLM Solution Specialist will work closely with all members of the Process Team, the functional workstreams across the program,
various IT and Business stakeholders for designing and implementing the Product Lifecycle Management processes and standardization of PLM master data strategy based on best practices and
deployment of standard functionality. The PLM Solution Specialist will also partner with multiple program teams to ensure integration of processes and master data across functions, including but
not limited to Environmental Health & Safety, Manufacturing, and Enterprise Data Management.
This position will actively participate in the implementation of the SAP Product Lifecycle Management solution across all functional areas. The scope will include source systems master data
cleanse and harmonization, development of a master data governance structure and implementation of SAP PLM. The PLM Solution Specialist ultimately has the responsibility to understand the
SAP S/4 HANA and SAP PLM capabilities, align with the strategic intent of the implementation and assist the business with implementing the global process and technology capabilities to
achieve those objectives.

Responsible for the delivery and deployment of standard functionality and best practices
Responsible for keeping various project tools up to date on documentation, deliverables, risks & issues, status for the Make to Deploy workstream
Manage workload to keep to the workstream project plan
Participate in business blueprint sessions
Participate in data cleansing and harmonization efforts across all source systems
Raise areas of gap along with business case to deviate from standard functionality and best practice
3-5 years of relevant functional experience in the following SAP Product Lifecycle Management modules:
SAP PLM Recipe Development
SAP EHS/PLM Specification management
SAP EHS/PLM Regulatory Compliance & Reporting
Engineering Change Management
Engineering Records & Change Management
Document Management & integration with Content management (SAP / open text)
Packaging & Label Management
Practical knowledge of SAP PLM Integration with EHS, Material Master, Production Planning, Quality Management etc.
Practical knowledge of SAP PLM master data management and governance best practices
Project management experience in cross-functional systems implementations
Practical experience in a complex environment: multiple system environment, multiple languages, including Asian languages
Experience and knowledge of SAP ERP systems is required, version 4.6c and higher
Experienced in requirements gathering, functional design, system configuration, QA test planning and execution, release management, user training, documentation preparation, and
Demonstrated skills in working effectively across business lines and partnering with other functions to meet common objectives
Previous employment with multinational companies in Agrochemical or related industries
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA desired
Experience with SAP PLM and implementation experience highly desired
Proficient in English

Impact to the Internal/External Customer: The impact to keep these operational areas are critical to the daily operational running of FMC's business. Any major disruption can cause loss of
revenue or overall finance disruption for the lines of business.
Business Challenge: In the acquisition of Duponts Crop Protection business they are integrating a 2BB dollar organization. Dupont operates under a shared services model, and thus FMC
is not getting any corporate level IT resources. They are only getting 10 "field resources" that sit in the factory locations. In this project they are deploying Hana to the Dupont sites to meet their
SLA's and convert them to Hana first.
