Position: SAP Master Data with WinShuttle
Location: West Chester, PA
Duration: 12+months

Job Description:
Experience in SAP in terms of Master Data and Supply chain related data is required.
Good to have some experience of JDE.
Experience of WinShuttle for data loads in SAP is a must
Identify/Analyze data discrepancies across JDE/PRMS/SAP systems.
Review test cases/scripts developed by the test team
Participate /Execute Data Load s in test environments using existing business load templates/programs (WinShuttle, Excel, Flat Files templates)
Execute test scripts for Data Transformation and Migration (Pre-Load/Post Load Data Verification) during System Testing.
Develop analysis on all the mismatches including field mismatches and count mismatched between Development, Quality, and Production client environments.
Create/Manage Change orders for creation variants in systems that do not have mass loading capabilities.
Develop Ad-Hoc custom reports using Excel VBA and/or SQL to support data loading.
Provide Go-Live and Post-Live production support

Job Description Details Under the direction of the Supervisor, Master Control/NOC, perform various duties to provide Master Control and Network Operation support to live and off-line broadcasts. This includes prioritizing, planning and completing the assigned operational workload and maintaining best working practices. Job Responsibilities: * Operating the Master Control Switcher, this also includes the correct configuration and operation of equipment in the Master Control Center. * Responsible for playing scheduled promotional spots and snipes. * Maintain appropriate promo and snipe logs. * Maintain all communications for live transmission and outside broadcast productions. * Support all aspects of QVC2 & Beauty IQ. This includes monitoring the 3 hour delay, locating and playing of all counter programming material, additional live feeds or Facebook simulcast programming. Scheduling of close captioning for all counter programming. * Monitor all sales and inventory data for QVC2 & Beauty IQ and respond with appropriate on-air graphic information. * Confirm all pre-recorded content for QVC2 & Beauty IQ is correct and meets technical standards for broadcast. * Ensure that all scripts are created and correct on-air product activation. If there is a problem, follow SOPs to ensure proper scripting. * Provide troubleshooting, support and problem resolution for both digital video and audio signals, control room systems, still store, play out, graphics, cameras, robotics, switchers and routers. * Repair and maintain broadcasting related equipment. * Execute the simulcast of live social feeds via Facebook. * Maintain maintenance database in Zeus for tracking of equipment faults, repairs and schedules. * Programming and maintenance of the play-out systems. * Camera patching and shading. * Escalate issues in line with policies and procedures, including Disaster Recovery Plans. * Reporting of shift status, technical discrepancies and all operation problems/issues are recorded in the ZEUS system. * Monitor and maintaining the output of all live and off-line channels from the Master Control Center. * Monitor NOC dashboard and troubleshoot all Broadcast network devices. * Responsible for all incoming live feeds and satellite downlinks. * Quality control and integrity checks of all incoming and outgoing video and audio signals. * Maintain a clean and orderly work area. * Perform other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements: * College degree, Technical school, Military training or equivalent combination of training and experience required. * One to Three years of recent engineering, control room, master control or network operations experience in a television broadcast environment preferred. * Overall understanding and knowledge of the television production processes, broadcast operations and technical production requirements. * Ability to work under pressure in order to meet strict deadlines. * Operation of Master Control switcher and related equipment. * Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of both standard and high-definition broadcast video and audio signals. * Experience in a server-based broadcast operation. * Must have experience and understanding of analog and digital signal chains, video and audio levels and be able to troubleshoot as necessary. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Ability to work with minimal supervision. * This is a 3rd shift opportunity. The hours are 11:00pm - 9:00am 4 days a week with rotating days off.
