Installation and maintenance of cluster based Hybris B2C commerce systems
Global deployment strategy and implementation
Hybris application system performance tuning, critical job monitoring, daily system health checks including SOLR and DATAHUB
Participate and provide support in technical emergency events and ensure resolution by engaging and coordinating resources across multiple disciplines no matter when the failure occurs, minimizing business impact and ensuring effective communications.
Work with internal infrastructure teams to enable the implementation, documentation, backup/system recovery, disaster recovery solutions for SAP Hybris systems
Coordinate high availability, backup/restore and disaster recovery exercises.
Overall 5+ years of Hybris administration experience for implementation and support.
8-10 years of Enterprise Administration experience with multiple full life cycle implementations
At least 3 years of system/database administration experience
At least 3 years of work experience in a cloud hosted environment
Thorough understanding of computer infrastructure and operations, including cloud based solutions.
Ability to perform Hybris hardware sizing and landscape setup.
Hands-on experience to install and upgrade cluster based Hybris commerce systems
Hands-on experience to install and upgrade Apache Web Servers with multiple hosts
Install, configure and administer Hybris Datahub and Solr on single/multi nodes systems. SAP ERP, Datahub and Hybris Integration and configuration.
End to end support and troubleshoot HAC, Backoffice, CronJobs, and ImpEx Import/Export, SMTP, Catalogs, Products synchronization and data load from SAP ERP system.
Hybris Application Performance and Monitoring with APM tools such as AppDynamics. Troubleshooting end user issues in different layers (CDN, F5 load balancer, webserver, hybris app, datahub, Solr and database) in hybris landscape.
Hands-on experience and support Linux administration and configuration on hybris servers.
Assess and implement hybris best practices and Hybris recommendations base on new releases.
Handle hybris service windows and high priority Incidents in hybris landscape. Coordinating with Infrastructure teams plan daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly tasks and keep hybris application 100% up time.
Hands-on experience with SSH, Linux shell commands, VI/VIM/nano Editor (preferred one)
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or related technical field Ability to work in a globally distributed environment Good track-record of executing in a dynamic, team-based environment Adept at understanding customer challenges, navigating from problem to resolution and communicating process and resolution effectively both verbally and in writing Demonstrated ability to interact comfortably with all levels of management and staff
