Strong Experience on US Payroll and Payroll Control Center.
Payroll Gross and Net calculations (One weekly pay cycle)
Off-cycles
Garnishments
Vacation pay Forward - Vacation in advance process
Calculation of allowances (meals, shoe, clothing)
Reports (Taxes, W2, 1095, Garnishments)
Benefit integration and setup
Wage type setup/ Part period Proration setups
Taxability models
Deduction frequencies and Prepaid deductions
Finance integration and Month end accruals
Payslip/ Paycheck/ ACH design and setup (forms)
Claims Processing
Year-end processes

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree is required in Business, Economics, Human Resources or Mathematics. A minimum of 3-5 years experience is required with metrics, analytics, or other data-focused area. Advance knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, vLookup, and graphs. Proven skills analyzing and interpreting data. Ability to effectively partner with others and remain customer service focused by meeting the needs of the business. Strong attention to detail and easily adapts to new assignments, systems, and tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
