In this highly visible and critical role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our SAP systems, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting ongoing system improvements.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Implement and manage system upgrades to ensure alignment with the latest SAP standards.
Develop and execute enhancements as needed, improving system functionality and efficiency.
Oversee daily operations of SAP HCM, Payroll/Time/Attendance modules.
Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks to ensure system reliability.
Create and document technical specifications for new and existing custom developments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide technical support for SAP HCM, Payroll/Time/Attendance modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Analyze and interpret business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Develop and support analytical reports and data analysis as needed.
Effectively communicate with client staff to ensure optimal communication and collaboration.
Highlighted Responsibilities: Address and resolve requests related to the ECC HCM environment, including:
Data adjustments.
Analysis and modification of existing custom developments.
Documentation of configuration and testing processes.
WHAT YOU BRING FOR SUCCESS
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related field
7+ years of meaningful and progressive experience with SAP HCM, Payroll/Time/Attendance modules.
Proven track record of managing system upgrades, enhancements, and daily tasks.
Strong skills in developing technical specifications and providing IT support.
Experience in business analysis and data standardization.
Familiarity with Control-M and interface monitoring.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated assignments working with SAP HCM, Payroll/Time/Attendance modules in Public Sector (State, Local, and or K12) is a must.
