YOUR TEAM:

We are looking for a candidate for the PBS - Package Based Services department. This is a constantly growing team of nearly 300 SAP specialists (55% developers/architects, 45% SAP consultants) working on over 40 projects for more than 20 big international clients from various industries.

The PBS Technology department handles all technical aspect related to the implementation of projects in the SAP and PLM environments. This mainly involves programming, not only in ABAP and SAPUI5, but also in the BTP environment (Java and Node.js), CX, and system integration (PI/CPI). Our architects also participate in the client bidding process and in the design of IT solutions.

YOUR TASKS:

• your mission will be to build a team of Solution Architects ready to help our global clients in the transformation to S4/HANA;
• you will be involved in defining the scope, designing processes, costing, and planning future projects from the SAP portfolio solutions. Together with colleagues from the offer team, you will prepare and present a project offer to our clients;
• your tasks will include preparing workshops on the technical requirements of future projects with Capgemini partners;
• based on your above-average functional knowledge and awareness of SAP solutions, you will help our clients solve their business problems using the most appropriate and innovative tools from the SAP portfolio;
• as a chief business and functional specialist, you will be the liaison between our consultants, external clients, as well as all partners involved in the project;
• you will lead a team of SAP consultants, ensuring the development of competences and growth of the team.

YOUR PROFILE:

• you have a project experience in the SAP environment as an Architect, Lead Consultant or Project Manager;
• you understand End-to-End enterprise business processes and their mapping to S/4HANA;
• you have extensive knowledge of the range of SAP solutions;
• you are familiar with new products introduced by SAP, e.g., industry solutions;
• you are proficient in English and/or German.
