You Are:

You're as comfortable leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. And you possess the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

• Build SAP ERP technology solutions that transform clients' Finance functions.

• Experience working in Finance Transformation Projects with S4HANA & Fiori Apps (Transactional & Reporting)

• Conversant with Enterprise Structure, Chart of Accounts, New GL, Parallel Ledgers, Financial Statement Versions (FSV), Foreign Currency Valuations & other related set-up & Functionalities.

• Conversant with FI-MM & FI-SD integrations (Configurations and End-to-End Scenarios)

• Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of SAP within the Finance function

• Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy prototype and production Finance solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly

• Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Finance offerings powered by SAP

• Analyze technical and functional integration requirements for customized solutions via RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms & Workflows)

• Guide the testing cycles as well as perform cutover activities for go-live preparation

• Guide performance testing & training activities, rolling out a successful module to the user community

• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's What You Need:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in SAP FICO and General Ledger (GL) modules

• Minimum of 2 years experience leading/handling implementations and end-to-end delivery responsibilities (design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and technical architecture)

• Minimum of 2 years experience creating requirements, design documents, and test scripts.

• Previous experience with Consulting, Advisory and/or supporting industry

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Bonus Points If:

• You have experience working on SAP CFIN/Central Finance & SAP S4HANA Group Reporting

• You have external client-facing consulting experience

• You have cross functional expertise wrt integration with other SAP core modules like OTC, Supply chain, etc

• You have an understanding of SAP Finance integrations with Blackline, Hyperion & other external systems

• You understand the technology and how it affects their area of the business; trends associated with the technology; functional area and industries and the value propositions for clients to rotate to the new

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below. Colorado: $93,400 to $223,300

New York: $86,500 to 258,500

Washington: $99,500 to $237,800
