Job Summary

The SAP FICO - Treasury Functional Analyst will be responsible for support of the SAP Finance and Treasury and Risk Management solutions to enhance the business functionality and overall performance, driving Treasury initiatives aimed at increasing the scalability and automation of operations. Position requires close coordination with internal business units and IT staff, banks, third party external vendors, contractors, and other areas of the business to analyze requirements and establish deliverables, dates, and scope using standard PMO methodology.

Education/Experience/Qualifications

  • BA/BS from four-year College or university plus 5-7 years' business/functional experience.

  • Overall knowledge of S/4HANA and SAP Finance solutions

  • Expertise in the configuration and implementation of the components of the Transaction Manager including Hedge Management and Accounting

  • Expertise in the configuration and implementation of the Market Risk / Credit Risk / Portfolio Analyzer

  • Expertise in the configuration and implementation of classic Cash Management on ERP / Cash Management

  • Knowledge of Finance and Bank Communication Management (BCM)

  • Knowledge of In-House Cash (IHC) preferred

  • Experience in Oil and Energy sector preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of Treasury related Financial Accounting processes and best practice

  • Expertise in the integration of Treasury with neighbored SAP solutions

  • Experience with multiple SAP releases including ECC 6.0 is a must.

  • Leverage treasury management system and available technology to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies

  • Knowledge of banking software and treasury workstations preferred.

  • Strong team player with demonstrated ability to lead and influence others outside of their direct-reporting lines.

The logistics operations primarily consist of Delek Logistics Partners, LP. Delek US Holdings, Inc.and its affiliates own approximately 63% (including the 2 percent general partner interest) of Delek Logistics Partners, LP. Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE:DKL) is a growth-oriented master limited partnership focused on owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets. The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico. The Cash Flow and Balance Sheet Forecast Lead will have primary ownership of cash flow and balance sheet forecasting for the company. This position will work closely with the operating groups to aggregate information from multiple input sources to produce accurate daily, monthly and 13-month rolling forecasts, along with the respective forecast to actual variance and analysis. Description & Responsibilities: * Aggregate data from multiple input sources, including Delek's ETRM and ERP systems, to develop accurate cash flow and balance sheet forecasts * Lead the development of daily, monthly and 13-month rolling cash flow forecasts * Build processes to efficiently monitor daily, quarterly and monthly forecast variances * Based on variance analysis findings, implement forecasting enhancements to continuously improve forecast accuracy * Monitor changes in cash and working capital and lead efforts to mitigate liquidity impacts to the company * Establish strong working relationships with the operations, trading and shared services organizations to increase accuracy of cash flow and balance sheet forecasts * Develop and document cash flow and balance sheet forecasting processes and procedures * Support ad hoc reporting and/or analyses as assigned * Develop complex excel spreadsheets and dashboards for various business financial needs Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics * 3 years of experience with the direct and indirect method of cash flow forecasting in a multinational corporation * Ability to manipulate large amounts of data into a presentable format (Advanced Excel: macros, pivot tables, and formulas) * Excellent interpersonal skills; adeptly interact across departments and management levels * Curious, energetic, motivated and team-oriented * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Ability to work effectively on multiple projects and tasks Preferred Qualifications: * CFA or MBA * FP&A experience * SAP experience * ETRM experience We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
