Work closely with Concur's CPA partner channels to drive referrals to and from Concur to drive business growth within Concur and our partner business organizations.
What You Will Be Doing
Driving partner referral pipeline and leveraging partner involvement to drive partner referrals to assist Concur regional sales executives in closing deals.
Create awareness for company products amongst assigned team of partners.
Assist partners with product positioning and client introductions to Concur.
Perform monthly forecast, manage pipeline, and drive sales revenue plans to meet goals.
Assess needs of partner sales team and conduct product and sales training as needed.
Build and maintain positive relationship with channel partners.
Maintain knowledge in product, marketplace, and current business issues, and disseminate appropriate knowledge to selling partners.
Provide feedback from channel partners to internal cross-functional teams with regard to product selling issues.
May participate in partner sales calls.
Coordinate training, consulting and joint development activities with partners.
Interacts with sales, marketing and partners.
Operates under moderate supervision.
Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of three years of sales, client, channel and/or business development experience.
Ability to collaborate with multiple levels within Concur and our partners to develop and communicate business plans
Ability to lead by persuasion and influence rather than title or org chart placement
Strong business acumen and executive communication skills
Variety of experiences working with and for cloud-based software companies
Demonstrated track record of working effectively cross-functionally internally and externally
Familiarity with emerging FSI technologies and trends within fintech
Prior experience working globally and regionally
