SAP BRIM Implementation for HPE's digital transformation. This position will focus on implementing XaaS business models using BRIM. Come be a part of using the latest SAP technology and modernizing HPE's processes and user experience!
This position requires business knowledge, direct interaction with business, hands on solution architecture and BRIM analyst and technical expertise. As a Solution Architect for XaaS business models utilizing BRIM you will assist the HPE XaaS team in architecting, planning, delivering and managing large, complex full life-cycle initiatives along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in the space of transforming the business into new XaaS business motions.
Qualifications:
Serve as subject matter expert for XaaS business models and BRIM technologies
Hands-on experience in configurating, developing applications that support XaaS business models utilizing BRIM technology
Process design, information modeling and system solution architecture development with project or portfolio focus
Experience providing direction to design and engineering staff
Ability to engage and collaborate with IT and business leadership.
Ability to make strategic decisions and provide guidance on technology-related matters.
Great insights and judgment skills; courage to share unpopular viewpoints; comfort with ambiguity
Ability to apply multi-disciplinary approach to develop best-of-breed portfolio solutions
Extensive hands-on experience with BRIM implementations and upgrades
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BRIM including Convergent Mediation and Convergent Charging.
In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture, including Fiori, CDS, AMDP, ABAP, HANA, APIs, BTP and Cloud Integration
Experience with integration patterns, architectures, and technologies, such as web services, BTP, Mulesoft, Snaplogic, APIs, Convergent Mediation, and middleware. Familiarity with both OpenAPI and odata
Experience in designing and implementing SAP solutions in complex, enterprise-level environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Perform hands-on solution design, development and implementation tasks including prototyping, proof-of-concepts, as needed to support projects and programs.

Subscription quote-to-cash processes in BRIM desirable
Must have hands-on configuration and customization experience in the following areas:
Master Agreement, Provider Order & Contract processing, including upstream & downstream integration
Subscription Order Management with deep understanding of how SOM works with Usages, Billing, and Invoicing
ODI processing
Pricing models for different XaaS business models
BRF+, Cross Catalog Mapping
End-to-end Order to Cash Process
FICA processes such as Billing, Invoicing, BITs, CITs
SOM to FICA integration
SOM process knowledge including pricing, condition type, tax determination
FICA configuration and integration to CC and CI and FICO
Revenue Accounting and Reporting
BRIM to RAR integration
BRF+ rules and RAR 5 step processes
RAR Allocation and types, SSP, Tolerances and SSP determination
RAR configuration and Integrations
Finance and Accounting Process knowledge
Tax integrations
Financial Postings
Intercompany processes
Central Finance and integration methods including SLT and Idocs
Credit card process and other payment terms
Implementation experiences on SAP BRIM end to end, specifically RAR, FICA
Responsibilities:
Spearhead design discussions leveraging your deep technical acumen to create scalable and robust SAP S/4 HANA solutions
Establishes trusted relationships with key stakeholders internally & externally and partners/collaborates with them to drive mutual commitment to common targets and goals
Collaborates with other senior roles and architects on various prototypes, or proof of concept, to test solutions
Coach and lead junior team members, assign tasks and support backlog
Work closely with the PMO team to ensure successful implementation of new capabilities and solutions
Monitor the work of the technical team and ensure standards are adhered to, including usage of standard SAP
Provide architectural oversight, technical guidance, and enforce best practices to ensure optimal SAP system performance
Meet regularly with HR directors across the organization to understand their business needs and strategic objectives
Develop SAP BRIM roadmap to scale and implement capabilities that enable our business partner's strategies
Serve as subject matter expert for XaaS business models and BRIM technologies
Developing architecture diagrams including process and integration diagrams
Participate in product roadmap and product strategy definition
Engage with leading customers and strategic partners to identify and validate requirements and translate to solution design
Design scalable and sustainable SAP solutions, considering system integration, performance, scale, resiliency, and overall system architecture.
Education and Experience Required:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field
10 years of implementing SAP and 3 years of BRIM implementation experience
Hands-on SAP system and technical architecture experience
Hands-on BRIM experience implementing XaaS business models
Hands on, in-depth Order-to-Revenue experience on the BRIM platform with knowledge of specific flows of the e2e subscription process
