Workday is looking for Presales Solution Consultants to join our Human Capital Management team. This is your chance to represent and demonstrate next generation HCM Applications. Through interactive pre-sales discovery meetings you will analyze an organization's current operations and business needs; then develop and present Workday's cutting-edge HCM solutions to address their requirements
By leveraging deep Human Capital Management (HCM) expertise and complex product knowledge, Workday Pre-Sales Consultants provide expertise, presentations, and Workday HCM product demonstrations to the sales team and customer throughout the sales process.
Your experience should include:
* Pre-sales / Sales Consulting experience with enterprise business solutions
* Strong technical and functional experience gained through roles as an HCM practitioner, trainer, and in business application implementation
* Excellent communication skills required, both verbal and written.
* Expert knowledge of Administrative systems specifically HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, and HR Finance. Recruiting and Talent Management are a plus to have.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
* Ability to travel 40%
