NTT DATA Services currently seeks a SAP Bank Analyzer/Smart AFI Consultant to join our team in New York City, New York (US-NY), United States (US).

Duties and Responsibilities for this position include (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis):

  • Primary responsibility is to resolve tickets adhering to SLA's in place, relating to Bank Analyzer/Smart AFI with little or no help

  • Analyze new tickets for appropriate categorization between Core Banking and SAP FI/GL and assign tickets accordingly

  • Categorize tickets assigned to Core Banking/Banking Analyzer area into different service levels per the estimate and severity

  • Will be the Go-To person for all finance functional issues on site, including certain FICO related issues (to be resolved with the help of FICO resource assigned)

  • Drive projects such as enhancements, upgrad6es, etc.

  • Participate in key meetings relating to FICO and Core Banking functionalities

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum ten years' experience in SAP - functional responsibility in FICO and related modules

  • Minimum one project with in-depth exposure to Bank Analyzer/Smart AFI

Desired qualifications for this role include:

  • Should demonstrate in-depth skills and experience in Bank Analyzer/Smart AFI

  • SAP-Financials-Asset Accounting: minimum three years' experience

  • Project lead experience

Travel: We are seeking candidates local to New York City or the tri-state metro area

Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

VIEW JOBS 12/6/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-06T00:00 Overview: The Large Institution Supervision Coordinating Committee (LISCC) is the governing body over systemically important financial institutions (SIFIs). LISCC firms are global U.S. and non U.S. financial services providers engaged in 1) investment banking including sales and trading; 2) commercial banking; 3) retail banking; 4) transaction banking (i.e., wholesale payments, custody, securities lending and securities servicing), and 5) private wealth and asset management. The program is overseen by the LISCC Operating Committee (OC) and is executed by staff from Reserve Banks and the Board. Job Summary: The Cybersecurity Horizontal Lead is responsible for directing the cybersecurity supervision of the firms in the LISCC portfolio, consistent with national LISCC program requirements and expectations. Responsibilities center on leading and contributing to the design and execution of institution-specific, as well as large-scale horizontal, cybersecurity supervisory assessments. The Cybersecurity Horizontal Lead will establish ongoing and productive relationships with the institutions' executive management, the LISCC program leadership and staff, and other domestic and foreign supervisors. The Cybersecurity Horizontal Lead is expected to contribute to developments in the LISCC supervision program more broadly through participation in working groups and committees. They broadly focus on three key areas within the IT discipline for specific financial firms: (1) IT risk management for systems that support critical financial market infrastructure (2) business continuity and resiliency, and 3) information (including cyber) security. Leadership, Management and Communications * Demonstrate a collaborative, strategic-driven style with good listening skills combined with experience and expertise in order to effectively interact with senior leaders inside and outside the FR Bank. * Communicate across multiple levels of the organization and the Federal Reserve System in order to engage people around set priorities and strategies. * Navigate situations of shifting priorities, conflicting objectives, and varying perspectives in effective and collaborative ways. * Establish partnerships with key stakeholders (e.g., internal, FR System, FR Board, domestic and international supervisory partners) in identifying, assessing and monitoring inherent/emergent risks and influence development and execution of supervisory policies and actions. * Big Picture Orientation: Take a portfolio and/or sector view, leveraging insights from multiple sources to create short and long-term strategies to ensure safe and sound practices of supervised institutions. * Contribute to the understanding of systemic cybersecurity risks and related supervisory concerns through participation in local meetings, FR System conferences, horizontal examinations, and other formal and informal processes. * Provide expert, end-user commentary on proposed revisions to policies and procedures. * Contribute to the development and implementation of key LISCC and FR System strategic initiatives and priorities, policies and procedures, as well as personnel management and administration requirements. Principal Duties and Responsibilities * Provide strategic leadership and senior level oversight of the LISCC IT/Cybersecurity oversight program activities. * Lead a team of cybersecurity subject matter experts and responsible for understanding cybersecurity risks, and assessing how these are measured and managed within the LISCC portfolio. * Responsible for people management activities including coordinating team member activities with other leaders within the FR Bank and FR System; ensuring team resources are directed towards high priority activities and in conformance with FR Bank and FR System strategic direction. * Work with stakeholders in the development of supervisory plans, ensuring that proposals conform to LISCC manual guidance, meet the 1-year and multi-year needs for rating related program, take into account risk identification, and are coordinated with other parts of the LISCC program. * Oversee and participate in the execution of exam processes, including examination products and communications. * Oversee and drive the development of innovative strategies for producing cross-firm analyses that provide insight into material and/or emerging technology risks impacting supervised institutions and/or the financial system. * Contribute to and lead FR System efforts to develop effective IT/cybersecurity supervisory policy and guidance, supervisory activities, and analysis and thought leadership. * Lead and participate in development of supervisory procedures to guide bank examiners in evaluating the adequacy of IT/Cybersecurity risk management systems. * Participate in the development of supervisory action recommendations to ensure sound IT/Cybersecurity risk management practices at supervised institutions within the FR Bank and throughout the FR System. * Collaborate across and among all stakeholders that promotes inclusion of divergent views, constructive debate, and sound innovation and decision making. * Ensure timely written performance feedback is provided to local FR Bank manager(s) for inclusion in employees' performance evaluation. * Talent development: * Lead important efforts that entail coaching, training, mentoring and development of less experienced colleagues. Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and/or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) required. Preferred certifications include Certified Information Security Management (CISM), Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL Service Manager Certification or equivalent certification desirable. * Individuals should have expertise in information security or IT risk management, and proficiency in business continuity and resiliency, especially as it relates to the 2003 Interagency White Paper on Sound Practices to Strengthen the Resilience of the U.S. Financial System. * Commissioned examiner a plus. * Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a strong supervisory program or high-impact project, as well as a contributor to a leadership team. * Demonstrated ability to engage in positive and constructive ways with a variety of stakeholders with differing individual perspectives and objectives. * Experience in bank and bank holding company supervision and an in-depth background in the financial and management practices of banking organizations. * Comprehensive knowledge of examination, reporting and other supervisory policies and procedures. Knowledge and Skills * Advanced knowledge of industry standard frameworks, such as FFIEC, NIST, SANS, and ISO. * Advanced knowledge in IT/Cybersecurity, risk management, business resiliency, network management/architecture, vendor risk management, vulnerability management, patch management systems, and data center operations and management. * Ability to evaluate an institution's IT/Cybersecurity program and provide expert advice on its ability to identify, protect, respond, and recover from business disruptions. * Ability to analyze threat intelligence reports to identify vulnerabilities, understand how they could be exploited, and the potential impact to the financial services industry. * Ability to understand and synthesize technical issues in discussions with technical and non-technical representatives. * The ideal candidate makes good decisions based on analysis, wisdom, experience and judgment. * Strong leadership and collaboration skills * Ability to influence and persuade at the senior most levels at the Federal Reserve and at supervised firms. * Strong analytical, written and oral communication including strong presentation and negotiation skills in dealing with all levels of management, boards of directors and other regulatory agencies. * The ideal candidate is sought out by others for advice and solutions due to their expertise.
