Pay Range: $50- $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log and track identified system problems through resolution in DevOps environment using Epics and User stories and to raise the business benefits to the business.

  • Work with and collaborate with Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) for delivery of Epics/issues for resolutions via Sprint Agile team.

  • Support CTC workload to address the pertinent SAP operational CTC (Contract to Cash, ie Contract life cycle management, Order Admin, Shipping and Billing & Settlement) CO BAU business requirements and how to automate manual processes.

  • To extract data from SAP systems via transactions or via SAP BW application for business analysis purposes.

  • Analyse documentation and technical specifications of any new application under deployment or consideration to determine its intended functionality, ie Business Requirement definition.

  • Evaluate results of SAP related projects, then report and make recommendations based on findings.

  • Gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging of these systems.

  • Be the scrum master of Logistic related projects. Tracking of ADO and project status.

  • Business/Non-technical.

  • Produce Business cases in collaboration with Business Stakeholders to optimize and key pain points that impacts the business and participate in projects to contribute.

  • Work with business stakeholders to develop requirements for various initiatives, document those requirements, and build an implementation plan.

  • Automate and/or develop self-service options for common support scenarios.

  • Responsible for planning and coordinating the processes required for the provision of user applications and systems necessary for organizational operations.

  • Participate in and support capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for systems and software in conjunction with end-users and department managers.

  • Collaborate with various team members, end users, and other stakeholders in the testing of new software programs and applications.

  • Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, and end users by having scheduled updates.

  • Study, map and draw business process flows and diagrams by mapping user requirements and validate solution design.

  • Maintain decision, issue, and risk documentation with stakeholders for weekly update.

  • Presentation and documentation for project, meetings, and training. Develop a training approach to communicate the benefits and best practices. Creating and improving materials for engagement, regular meeting, and training sessions.

  • Identify relevant risks and develop mitigation plans via communication, training, or other change management methodologies.

  • Develop better documentations such as user manual and use cases for Logistics.

  • Development of framework for best practices, project status update, adoption, and escalation process.

  • Any other tasks related to logistic, SAP, warehouse interface and CS projects.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of functional, hands-on experience on SAP ECC SD module with experiences in the following areas:

  • Logistics Execution - in particular, handling Outbound Deliveries.

  • Shipment processing and Shipment costing.

  • Management of Customer consignment using Consignment fill-up, issue and returns.

  • Stock transport order for plant-to-plant order transfers.

  • Inventory management and stock movements.

  • Billing processing, including debit / credit note management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail.
