Work you'll do

  • Develop a global community of SAP Supply Chain practitioners across Deloitte

  • Lead and support Supply Chain pursuits and Practice Development initiatives

  • Deliver Supply Chain projects successfully

  • Develop external eminence across the sub-capabilities in Supply Chain

  • Promote and foster collaboration between Supply Chain practitioners in SAP and across Deloitte

  • Promote an effective forum for sharing Supply Chain expertise

  • Strengthen Deloitte's collective SCC knowledge, helping resolve our clients' supply chain challenges

The team

Our SAP team focuses on design, implementation, and on-going operations and maintenance of SAP applications and technology. Professionals will have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and thought leaders.

We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react on digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Applications include SAP S/4HANA and Cloud (Hybris, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) across the following capabilities:

  • Finance

  • Supply Chain

  • Customer and Sales Operations

  • Technology (Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and Virtualization, Data Management and Analytics)


  • Functional/technical proficiency with at least 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations and 4+ years of industry and/or consulting experience

  • At least 4 years of SAP experience implementing SAP APO

  • Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines

  • Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team and as a team lead or Project Manager on at least 1+ full cycle implementation

  • Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career

  • Strong configuration and design skills

  • Ability to travel 80-100% is REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

  • Master's degree preferred

In this position, you will be one of the key leaders of Ketra's global operations team and have a direct impact on the company's important metrics of quality, delivery and total cost. Also, this position tangibly and positively impacts the first principle of the company: taking care of customers by delivering superior quality goods and services. Responsibilities: * Lead procurement, supplier development and quality: * Responsible for quality, delivery and total cost of the raw material supply chain. Making sure of optimum raw material availability to maintain the highest on-time deliveries of finished products to customers. * Create and use analytical models and statistical analytical tools to achieve high accuracy in forecasting. * Play a key role in developing new suppliers and distributors globally to gain competitive advantage. * Work closely with the global logistics team to understand compliance requirements for raw materials. Monitor and develop strategies for mitigating duties and tariffs. * Drive permanent corrective actions throughout supply chain. * Develop supplier score cards and hold them accountable. * Champion MRP setups: * Implement and maintain ERP/SAP system settings to execute supply chain strategies. * Apply strong understating about functioning of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to optimize material planning parameters. * Maintain data integrity to drive accurate and timely requirements. * Planning and scheduling: * Responsible for overseeing production planning and scheduling activities for the plant. * Responsible for overseeing the customer service champion function. Maintain responsive communication to serve customer needs in a timely manner. * Drive continuous improvements: * Instigate, design and develop supply chain strategies using lean, SixSigma principles for inventory and logistics optimization to increase responsiveness and to manage and mitigate risks while reducing the total cost. * Identify and recommend integrated supply chain information technology solutions. * Determine Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and create comprehensive dashboards to monitor the progress and effectively communicate with senior leadership.
