You Are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients' most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You're as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

• Drive end-to-end customer engagement by delivering insights across flexible economic models that align cost to consumption, delivery to realized outcomes and engagement accountability to a truly collaborative partnership.

• Lead delivery teams to ensure quality delivery of services, enhance customer satisfaction, define, and advance performance metrics (KPIs), escalation management, provide feedback to team & drive continuous improvement opportunities

• Monitor and manage team goals and performance and ensure team understands how they align and relate to broader business goals and strategies

• Deep-dive existing and potential problem areas, develop and communicate corrective action and mitigation plans, and drive follow-through to successful resolution. Be hands-on when needed to help your team solve problems and get through crunch periods

• Provide awareness and insight into AMS Next Gen Services

• Provide support of AMS Pipeline and/or Accenture book of business in the AMS space

• Provide intelligence to customers and project teams on AMS service

• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP Application Maintenance (AMS) /Service Operations Program delivery, execution, and management

• Minimum 5 years' experience in one of SAP domains ie: SAP Finance, OTC or Supply Chain in a complex ERP environment.

• Minimum of 4 years' experience leading client facing SAP global delivery teams to manage delivery and escalations

• Successfully led global delivery teams to achieve SLA, KPI's in a managed service Model

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Bonus Points If:

• You have experience with multiple agile engagements

• You are familiar with futuristic SAP solutions and roadmaps.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below. California $131,100 to $302,400

Colorado $131,100 to $261,300

New York $121,400 to $302,400

Washington $139,600 to $278,200
