In this role you will be focused on SAP's ACM offering; facilitating the implementation and support of same to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. You will partner with the client to analyze and define business requirements, processes and objectives to scope project and deliverables for same. You will implement, customize and test solutions on client systems and develop client-specific enhancements to meet business requirements as needed; as well as assist clients in achieving their Digital Transformation vision and Best-Run Business capability from their SAP and other IT investments.

This is a key leadership role, requiring deep knowledge and understanding of SAP technical & functional capabilities as well as business processes and industry best practices. You will provide comprehensive advice to our customers on long-term (Big Picture) and short-term (Quick-win) perspectives on their key strategic imperatives and recommended innovations which anticipate the future directions of both business and IT stakeholders. Excellent facilitation and communication skills are essential as is engaging with executive stakeholders, partners and SAP account teams.
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP products to enhance our clients' business functionality and overall performance; while at the same time maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction. You will use your extensive functional experience to ensure successful facilitation, implementation and support of SAP's ACM solution.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Required skills and experience
A minimum of 10 years' professional experience; 4 of which will be with SAP product offerings Implementation experience is also required
University degree or equivalent business experience
A minimum of 2 full implementation projects
Demonstrated experience being a resource to other consultants with an ability to lead teams, execute across application areas, and deliver utilization rates above expectations
High degree of analytical and conceptual thinking
Knowledge in commodity trading Agriculture commodity trade industry
SAP SD/MM module experience
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Methodology & Business Process Management expertise
SAP Technical background a plus knowledge of ABAP and/or debugging skills
Adept at handling project communications, capable of having peer interactions and engaging with solution stake-holders, managing expectations and proposing value-based offerings.
