Pay Rate: $18/hr Shift: Flexible with 2nd shift preferred

As a Sanitation Lead, your primary responsibility is to ensure the orderly, smooth, and efficient cleaning and sanitizing of all grader and production areas according to company and USDA standards. You will lead a team in cleaning and sanitizing various equipment and areas, implementing operational improvements, executing training plans, setting up sanitation schedules, and reviewing operation efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have leadership qualities and be adaptable to changing situations. They should be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, 2nd shifts, and weekends, and maintain physical fitness to handle tasks that require constant movement and lifting up to 60 lbs.

Strong teamwork skills are necessary, along with a commitment to following employment policies. Additionally, candidates must be comfortable working in various environments, such as agricultural settings, indoor and outdoor spaces, warehouses, and production areas, and be willing to work beyond scheduled hours if needed to complete tasks. Professionalism in interactions with coworkers is also crucial.
