We’re seeking a Sample Assistant to work in Fresno, CA . With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right. You’ll be: • Using Salesforce to download pending sample reports and identify current sample requests each day. • Assessing on-hand inventory to fulfill sample requests and preparing additional inventory if necessary. • Coordinating with Supply Chain, OPS, and QA to identify acceptable materials to use. • Hand filling sample bottles with product, sealing them, and labeling them accurately. • Packaging sample bottles for shipment using FedEx, UPS, and DHL courier websites. • Managing inventory of sample supplies and shipping materials on a weekly basis. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Have experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software. • Are detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills. • Can lift and carry drums weighing up to 62 lbs. using a hand cart. • Are comfortable wearing PPE, including GMP approved shoes, hairnet, beard net, hard hat, gloves, and lab coat. • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Have basic computer skills, including MS Word and printing labels.
