BELFOR is looking for qualified candidates for the following position. BELFOR team members are a unique breed, committed to restoring not only property, but restoring lives for those affected by disasters, large or small.

Qualified candidates must be a results-driven sales representative in order to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Candidate must be able to sell the BELFOR brand utilizing accepted BELFOR practices and marketing material. You will be required to attend client meetings and trade shows as appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • Attend marketing events as required, distribute marketing material as needed

  • Set up and take down Marketing displays as needed

  • Provide quantitative data to support results of Marketing events to management

  • Develop and maintain current knowledge of BELFOR services, industry trends, and competitive information.

  • Actively participate in key local industry groups and associations.

  • Identify and resolve client concerns in order to grow overall sales.

  • Work as a team with local and national operations to promote customer satisfaction, sales growth, and the success of the entire BELFOR organization.

  • Present and sell BELFOR services to current and potential clients as directed by Sales and Marketing Account Manager

  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.

  • Identify and network with new sales prospects.

  • Work as a team with local and national operations to promote customer satisfaction, sales growth, and the success of the entire BELFOR organization.

  • Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices

  • Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines

  • Attend BELFOR sponsored operations and safety training courses as required

This position will be responsible for expanding Reynosa manufacturing business opportunities in Texas and into the industrialized northeastern Mexican territory (including Tamaulipas, Nuevo Leon and Coahuila.) The sales rep will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and selling folding carton/print services to new customers while growing existing business. The sales representative is expected to effectively sell folding cartons/retail packaging, and ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction at all times. Sales Representatives are responsible for the following: * Account development & growth * Identifying client needs * Developing solutions to client needs Additional duties include: Performs core-selling activities, including sales call preparation, price negotiation, execution of sales calls, & post-call analysis & reporting. Sells services and solutions that apply to the customer's value chain. Develops and maintains Account Plans and integrates efforts with facilities on targeted accounts as appropriate. Champions the value proposition and ensures customer satisfaction with selling efforts before, during, and post-sale. Prospects for new business within target market segments, qualifies & evaluates prospects. Negotiates terms and finalizes sales including appropriate documentation; ensures seamless transition of post-sale service activities. Achieves sales goals. Applied knowledge in: Identifying Specific Customer Needs, Selling Skills, Prospecting Skills & Consultative Skills. Other Competencies: leadership, communication, innovation, service distinctiveness, ability to influence & persuade. Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills & must be able to effectively present & respond to questions from managers, agents, clients & co-workers. Strong written & verbal communication skills required. Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.
