Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the hair salon, including scheduling appointments, maintaining inventory, and supervising staff.
• Train and develop salon staff to ensure that they provide exceptional customer service and perform their duties efficiently.
• Monitor and evaluate salon performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect among staff members.
• Manage financial aspects of the salon, including budgeting, payroll, and accounting.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in salon management.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with budgeting, accounting, and financial management.
• Knowledge of the beauty industry, including products and services.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
