Join our team as a Receptionist / Salon Assistant
As a Receptionist/ Salon Assistant, you will warmly welcome pets and pet parents into the salon. You'll build trust with our clients by providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit, ensuring that they-and their pets! -have a great experience while at the Groomery.
As the Receptionist / Salon Assistant, you will:
Perform check in and out procedures for grooming appointments, process applicable paperwork, manage the cash register and schedule grooming appointments.
Merchandise and restock the pet products, assisting clients with purchasing the right product
Maintain a clean and safe salon environment for humans and pets
Collaborate with leadership on other duties as needed
