Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated salesperson to join our team in the Coachella Valley area. This role involves in-home sales, accurate estimating, and project oversight to ensure every installation exceeds client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in synthetic turf and paver sales, as well as a strong understanding of landscape and hardscape solutions. Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home sales consultations with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

• Prepare detailed estimates and proposals, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

• Oversee projects to ensure high-quality installations and customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and repeat business.

• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques. Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in synthetic turf, concrete, interlocking pavers, and related landscape/hardscape products.

• Strong knowledge of landscape and hardscape design principles.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to create accurate estimates and proposals.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.

• Self-motivated with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
