ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Attend initial Sales Orientation program (two weeks) prior to going on sales floor; attend daily product training and weekly customer service training
Will always apply our six steps of customer service (WICUSI)
Will meet and/or exceed corporate performance standards for team advancement which include: unit goals, profit goals, point goals, CSI ratings, product test scores, and follow-up
Greet all customers throughout the dealership ("Welcome to Lazydays")
Will use our 7-step selling process with every customer (Approach, Interview, Demonstration, Validation, Negotiation, Close, and Follow-up)
Perform product walk around for both customers and sales teams
Demonstrate use of equipment and furnishings within a feature and benefit product presentation
Will keep up with all current product knowledge through training and industry publications
Arrange pick-up or delivery of vehicle with Inventory and/or Delivery Department. Sales Consultant is required to greet customers on day of delivery
Stay current daily with inventory of stock
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years' sales experience selling high-ticket items on a commission basis; prefer experience selling mobile homes or RVs.
Must understand finance and payment terms. Must be able to present pricing and trade allowances in simple terms to customers.
Ability to choose appropriate inventory to meet individual customer needs.
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record to meet insurance requirements.
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English
