Capital Coating, a roof coatings / repair, wall coatings and floor coatings contractor based in Lancaster PA, is in the business of building strong client relationships, providing high quality workmanship and exceptional service. For over 20 years, we have specialized in a complete range of commercial and industrial services.

We are seeking two motivated Sales Representatives to prospect and drive new business leads in our Susquehanna West and Maryland sales territories.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Actively identify and manage current customer and prospect leads

• Identify new opportunities to sell products through direct and in-direct channels

• Recommend and implement changes to improve the customer experience

• Create, recommend and present solutions and services during the proposal process

Successful candidates should have:

• Strong computer skills; experience with MS Office and CRM systems is preferred

• Strong listening, presenting and communication skills

• Problem solving skills; the ability to shift focus and adapt to change

• A college degree in business or related field is preferred but not required

• Strong customer service skills and experience in a client facing role

• Experience with business to business sales is preferred

• Knowledge of the full sales life cycle is helpful

• A valid driver's license; this position requires local travel of up to 2 hours from York, PA
