The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce/NetSuite Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce systems while also providing NetSuite administration for a new NetSuite deploy. Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Administration:

• Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.

• Manage and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration.

• Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, product pricelists, sharing rules, permission sets, workflows, and groups.

• NetSuite Administration and Support:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement NetSuite requirements.

• Provide technical support for NetSuite users.

• Expand skills as needed to provide NetSuite administration.

• Salesforce Reporting and Analytics:

• Generate and customize Salesforce reports to meet business needs.

• Support the team in creating reports for sales performance analysis.

• Utilize dashboards to enable visualization of key metrics and trends.

• Support operations in generating accurate forecast reporting

• Salesforce Programming:

• Utilize Salesforce programming skills, including:

• Lightning Experience implementation

• Apex Classes

• Apex Triggers

• Create and manage Flow processes

• Develop and maintain test cases and manage code coverage

Qualifications:

• Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience including end user support for the application

• Minimum 1 year experience with NetSuite

• Proficiency in managing a mix of Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience interfaces

• Experience using Salesforce Service Cloud and supporting Technical Support implementation

• Ability to implement customization and assist with report, forecast and dashboard implementation

• Salesforce Programming:

• 2 years experience with Salesforce programming is required

• Flow and manage workflow processes

• Lightning Experience implementation

• Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills

• Integration Skills:

• Experience with one or more Salesforce integration tools is desired

• Celigo

• Marketo

• Zoominfo

• LinkedIn integration

• Experience in a manufacturing environment with quote to cash strongly desired

• Adaptability:

• Willingness to learn and administer NetSuite alongside Salesforce

• Experience with Dynamics Great Plains a plus

• Certification/Education:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification preferred.

• NetSuite certification preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is desirable.

Location: U.S. Remote; or hybrid at our Pittsburgh, PA or Longmont, CO offices

The estimated salary range for this position: $110,000 - $140,000. Actual salary range is based on the regional labor market of the role in the geography in which the position is located based on the requirements of the job and your skills. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and VDURA reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
