The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for enabling our bankers to better serve their customers by providing enhanced features and functionality within Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Provide robust communication across the organization to develop strong relationships built on trust with affiliate sales teams, marketing teams and technology partners

  • Gather, develop and share best practices when partnering with our affiliate banks and lines of business that identify opportunities to improve our use of Salesfore.com

  • Refine the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce.com ensuring alignment with business and technology stakeholders

  • Articulate value proposition needed to effectively leverage planned capabilities

  • Partner with data and analytic resources to drive KPI's that ensure user information needed is available to effectively leverage existing capabilities and design new features

  • Improve banker and customer experiences by mapping existing usage, defining target-state usage, and executing other UX R&D best practices

  • Develop and maintain the relevant backlog(s) working with key stakeholders to ensure appropriate prioritization

  • Work closely with business analysts, SFDC admins, developers and business partners to execute process and product enhancements

  • Maintain and leverage relationship with Salesforce and other vendors

  • Develop and support broad customer engagement strategies including addressing capability gaps

  • Develop business cases and secure funding for specific opportunities

Education/Experience, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must have 4 years of technical product management or user experience (UX) or other directly related experience

  • Must be able to define a vision and successfully engage diverse stakeholders on the journey to achieve the vision,

  • Must have the ability to manage projects and think creatively

  • Must have excellent judgment and communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Must have excellent problem analysis and resolve experience

  • Prefer 3 years of experience working with customer relationship management systems, ideally Salesforce.com

  • Prefer 2 years of experience working in the financial services industry, ideally commercial and retail banking

  • Prefer some experience with advanced data and analytics, machine-learning, and/or artificial intelligence utilized to drive/support customer engagement

  • Must be results oriented, user focused and able to think strategically

  • Excellent relationship skills with ability to influence and engage team, stakeholders, vendors and affiliates

  • Analytical with strong technical acumen

  • Positive and energetic team member and business leader

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in human-centered design, information technology, business or a related field such as marketing, professional sales, or sales management

The ideal candidate will be an experienced technical product manager who is passionate about great design, or a strong interactive designer who wants to more fully manage a technical product. Responsibilities for this position include: * Provide business, product and design leadership for select digital products and experiences, with a focus on customer identity, access and entitlements management * Develop a deep understanding of our targeted users, their context, goals and needs * Document existing customer experience journey maps (CXJM) and create target-state journey maps * Provide strategic direction and oversight for user-centered designs (aka user experience research, user experience design, human-centered design, and more) * Create minimum viable products and promote test and learn methodologies for both design and development * Partner with technologists, affiliate banks and lines of business to ensure alignment on product plans and delivery * Develop and maintain the feature and epic backlogs * Partner with the agile product owner to ensure alignment with use case backlogs * Provide robust communication across the organization as appropriate * Conduct research on competitors and external market trends * Evaluate new opportunities, such as fintech solutions and platforms, including customer engagement capabilities * Develop business cases or otherwise gain support for new opportunities Education/Experience, Skill and Abilities We want a highly-motivated individual and a self-starter who has: * Strong knowledge of technical product management or user experience research and design (aka UX R&D, human centered research and design, user centered design) * Ability to define a vision and successfully engage diverse stakeholders on the journey to achieve the vision * Ability to manage projects and think creatively * Excellent judgment and communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to analyze and resolve problems * Capability to drives results, is customer focused and able to think strategically * Excellent customer relationship skills * Highly analytical with strong technical acumen * Positive and energetic team member and business leader * Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, marketing, human-centered design, or related bachelor's degree * 4 years of technical product management or user-centered design (UCD) or other directly related experience * 2 years of experience working with customer identity access management platforms * 2 years developing customer engagement capabilities, including personalization, cross-channel orchestration, customer communication systems, or offer management * 2 years of experience working in the financial services industry, ideally commercial and retail banking A combination of education and experience may meet requirements Zions is full of people just like you who share the same values and work ethic.
