The Salesforce.com Developer/Lead Administrator leads of the company's strategy for and the integration of content and processes into salesforce.com.
5+ years Salesforce administration experience with ADM and DEV Salesforce certification
Is familiar with mobile app capabilities and basics of the Lightning framework, including Process Builder versus Apex trigger
Ability to use the fundamental programmatic capabilities of Force.com platform to develop custom interfaces to extend Salesforce capabilities and develop custom logic
Can extend the Force.com platform using Lightning Process Builder and VisualForce
Is experienced in the development lifecycle from development to testing and is familiar, and able to leverage, relevant declarative capabilities of the platform, where appropriate.
Experience with the AppExchange, specifically around evaluating viable plug-ins and negotiating to the benefit of ITA Group
Ability to demonstrate analytical reasoning or quantitative analysis
Experience with Microsoft Outlook applications, with familiarity with database design and data structures preferred
Experience with key operational connections, including Marketo
General knowledge in writing efficient SOQL and SOSL queries, and HTML
Experience with the basic of writing and maintaining code coverage and test methods
Ability to communicate ideas and expectations effectively by instant messaging, email, phone or in-person
Ability to interact with all levels of management and articulate responses to questions regarding data, strategy, and business practices
Ability to work with internal team members, outside vendors and salesforce.com support personnel on customizations, integrations and troubleshooting
Ability to work in a rapidly changing and interrupt-driven environment, including the ability to prioritize and manage variable workload
Ability to work the time necessary to complete projects and/or meet deadlines
