We are excited to bring a new Salesforce Developer to our team in the Washington D.C. and Alexandria, VA area.

Please note that this role has special requirements, including the requirement for US citizenship and you have previously held a US security clearance.

You will support the implementation of customized SFDC solutions, including Field Service Lightning components.

Understand client requirements: applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the software to design and build an optimal solution that supports the business process and meets or exceeds functional requirement

Build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and lead them to adoption of the best solution.

Work closely with the Software Implementation Technical Architect to ensure the solution is technically feasibility and to identify areas to reduce implementation efforts.

Assist in quality management reviews and ensure that all business and design requirements are met.

Requirements

You must have Salesforce.com Field Service Lightning experience.

Additionally, this is both a technical and a business role.

You will need to be an active listener, have the ability to document requirements and manage approvals and implementation process.

The designer will partner with subject matter experts and client teams to craft and execute asynchronous courses, interactive webinars, experiential instructor-led classroom sessions, and organizational knowledge strategy. These learning experiences may come in the form of traditional e-learning, mobile apps, blended learning, simulations, scenario-based training, or game-based learning. Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, developing and delivering self-paced e-learning courses, tests and resources, designing storyboards, micro-learning experiences, videos, interactions and feedback, administration of Absorb Learning Management System (LMS), data repository design and implementation.
