Salesforce Tech Lead

Location: Providence, RI - Hybrid - 2 times a week in the office.

Simplus is a Global Summit Salesforce Consulting Partner and the leader in Quote-to-Cash implementations. We are looking for candidates who can challenge the status quo, resolve tough problems, and make complex things simple. Simplus is seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Tech Lead to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and customization of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce applications, while also guiding and mentoring other developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and customization of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and integrations.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions and decisions.

• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code solutions.

• Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and technical skills.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience developing Salesforce solutions.

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.

• Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.

• Understanding of Salesforce security and data model.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.

• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Community Cloud.

• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.

• Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
