We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Architect

specializing in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that meet our clients business needs. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, as well as the ability to architect scalable and efficient solutions that align with industry best practices. The Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud Technical Architect will collaborate closely with clients, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business success.

Required skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Sales Cloud or Service Cloud and 10+ years of experience working in Salesforce ecosystem

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud features such as leads, opportunities, forecasting, and Service Cloud features such as cases, knowledge, and service processes.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration patterns.

• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

• Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party integrations.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and project teams.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Sales Cloud or Service Cloud implementations.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using declarative features, Apex code, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and other custom development tools as needed.

• Define data models, integration points, and security models to meet client requirements and industry best practices.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements, technical design, and implementation.

• Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends, and assess their impact on existing and future solutions.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, providing thought leadership and driving innovation.
