Responsibilities
About The Role:
The Salesforce Specialist II is responsible for researching Salesforce user questions and/or requests, day to day issues and tasks, organizing corporate projects as required, reporting and completing data needs for all departments within our organization. This position provides research, QA, and data loads for the Salesforce Analyst team. Additional responsibilities include fulfilling scheduled daily, weekly and monthly processes for the Salesforce.com (SFDC) team.
Provide quality professional customer service to all internal and external customers when responding to inquiries via telephone, in-person or e-mail/written request for 35,000+ users
Research various internal requests to determine appropriate course of action and follow through to resolution
Monitor SFDC data to ensure system integrity
ServiceNow ticket processing
Add, deactivate, and modify users as employees are hired, transferred or leave the organization
Maintain SFDC role and template assignments
Model values and enable a positive work environment, which fosters teamwork, employee recognition, and respect
Maintain thorough understanding of data and information resources
Facilitate Salesforce webinars for Salesforce users on an as needed basis
Provide post-training support to learners including WebEx and in-person
Participate in coordinating messages sent on behalf of Salesforce pertaining to unplanned service disruptions and show initiative by offering suggestions for improvement of service delivery (ie reduce downtime, improve response time, process improvements, etc)
Mentor Salesforce Specialist I
SFDC user acceptance testing of release and new processes
Perform other duties as assigned
Conform with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
What Makes You A Dream Candidate:
Proficient with Microsoft software applications such as Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Working knowledge of GM Financial preferred
Intermediate understanding of statistics, finance, and consumer auto lending
Beginner knowledge of SFDC administration
Proactive with a strong bias for action - naturally inquisitive
The ability to use appropriate analysis, judgment, and logic when solving issues, providing recommendations, and making decisions
Effective written and verbal presentation skills
Ability to effectively handle inquires or issues in a timely manner and maintain related documentation
Positive, pleasant personality, attentiveness to customer and management needs
Able to undertake multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision and be self-motivated
Ability to prioritize work
Effective interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with dealers, peers, and management

Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
2-4 years of Salesforce experience required
