This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining solutions throughout RingCentral's multi-platform corporate environment.

To succeed in this role you must meet the following requirements:

• Engaging internal business stakeholders to understand desired business outcomes and define success criteria

• Leading discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover customers' business, functional, and technological requirements for Partner Capability; Synthesizing requirements to create clear and comprehensive user stories

• Identifying and articulating to customer stakeholders and IT stakeholders the value of recommended solution design

• Designing elegant, innovative Salesforce solutions involving: configuration of Salesforce, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and other standard and custom functionality

• Working with the Project Manager to manage a project to scope for being deployed to the corporate environment

• Working closely with other teams to understand and mitigate issues to support highly available, redundant, resilient systems and services

• Communicating, presenting, and evangelizing best practices across engineering and IT teams

Desired Qualifications:

• U.S. Master's degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering or a related field, or foreign equivalent, plus two (2) years of related experience, or U.S. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience, is required.

• Experience with Salesforce platform design, Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce APEX, Apex Triggers, Batch, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, Ant, Migration, SOAP, REST, Webservices, XML, JSON, JMS, and SOA is required.
