Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions

  • Serve as backup administrator for Salesforce applications and environments

  • Participate in code, design and documentation reviews with other team members

  • Communicate with team members regarding status, impediments and technical issues

  • Work with other developers to design integrations between systems across the enterprise

  • Provide production support of existing Salesforce implementations

  • Research new technologies and solutions to improve Salesforce solutions

  • Continue to grow as a developer, staying well-informed about best practices and new functionality on the Salesforce platform

  • Raise risks / issues to stakeholders and ensure resolution

Experience, Skills, and Abilities

  • 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, including experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, SQL, Visualforce, Custom Objects, Data Structures, Data Security, Triggers, Reporting, Workflows, Page Layouts, Process Builder, etc)

  • Experience with designing and creating secure API integrations to/from Salesforce

  • Experience with loading data into Salesforce via Bulk API

  • Experience working in and configuring the Lightning environment

  • Experience working in a team environment

  • Certifications preferred: Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II
