Project Managers will manage one or more projects for our customers providing day-to-day leadership to analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement cloud-based solutions based on Salesforce and platform.

Experience Details:
Extensive experience with all aspects of CRM and Salesforce projects including Requirements, Design, Development, QA and Deployment.
Monitors and manages project financials, schedule, scope to ensure project stays on track for assigned client projects. Drives implementations of high-quality cloud solutions.
Can work independently and product all PMO deliverable like Status Reports, Program Charter, Riask and Issues Register etc.
Acts as primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project, ocused on building strong customer relationships.
Facilitates and leads status meetings with project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders.
Understands the Methodology and possesses the ability to assess risks in process, people, or technology and adjusts project plans to address accordingly.
Assists consultant team members in the delivery of client presentations during Solution Def, requirements, design, and WA sessions. Reviews deliverables prepared by the team before sharing with the client.
Provides mentoring, guidance to project team members, including offshore team members.
Achieves published company utilization targets.


Brings 5+ years project management experience with packaged software. Overall 10 + yrs of IT experience

Must have experience with serving as project manager or scrum leader.

Certified Admin with either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.

Experience in professional services/consulting organization

Experience in Agile approaches to project management

Proven ability to manage budgets for projects greater than $1Million

Ability to travel to client sites

Experience working with global development teams

EXAM NUMBER: W1082G TYPE OF RECRUITMENT: Open Competitive Job Opportunity DEFINITION: Manages a division within a Service of the Internal Services Department, with responsibility for planning, organizing, business development and directing its services and products. CLASSIFICATION STANDARDS: Positions allocable to this class work under the direction of a high level manager within the Service. The size of the organizational operation managed will depend on the scope and complexity of the function assigned. Essential Job Functions Directs and coordinates the work of a team of managers and supervisors to initiate, plan, estimate, schedule, implement, administer, monitor and complete a major Facility Assessment and Deferred Maintenance Program. This includes both capital replacement and deferred maintenance repairs of major building systems. Administers, plans, develops, and evaluates service delivery and other programs and systems. Ensures strong program controls based on best practices in construction management relative to project management, quality assurance, contractor performance, regulatory compliance and fiscal management. Manages the entire lifecycle of projects including driving team accountabilities, addressing project issues/risks, driving effective decision making and delivering status updates/recommendations to management, and assuring project work is executed in compliance with design codes, construction and building codes, regulations, safety standards, budgets, and schedules. Responsible for the preparation and administration of the Division budget; manages the budget, schedule and prioritization of current and future year capital systems replacement and deferred maintenance project plans for the program. Creates and manages reporting methods to track building and infrastructure asset performance. Manages FM's Deferred Maintenance opportunities within FOS's Facility Management Systems and other third-party applications to support the program. Manages project development reporting and close out to ensure proper allocation of funds and accuracy of data within CMMS. Manages facility assessment process to identify and plan the replacement cost of assets and systems associated to RS Means. Manages (TCO) Total Cost of Ownership of buildings and infrastructure. Monitor asset life cycles, with an emphasis on developing performance metrics, automated data reporting to support building/infrastructure systems optimization, condition assessment from cradle to grave. Supervises the preparation of routine and special project progress reports dealing with unique circumstances or problems, including recommendation for their resolution; prepares routine and non-routine correspondences to the Board of Supervisors; reviews reports and/or recommendations prepared by subordinates identifying solutions for potential project problem areas and for technical feasibility and administrative correctness, and makes necessary recommendations to the division head, as necessary. Directs the personnel, fiscal, and other administrative functions of a division. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships and develops new business with other County departments, customers, governmental agencies, and the public. Regularly briefs elected officials and/or their staff. Directs the development and implementation of changes in organization, resolution of work problems, staffing, work distribution, and management information systems in order to increase effectiveness and efficiency to reduce administrative costs of the Division and department. Assists in planning and developing strategic plans and goals, management concepts, objectives, policies, projects, and systems to carry out the work of the department. Interfaces with the Board of Supervisors; offices and other public agencies, as necessary or as directed. May act for the Branch or General Manager of the Service in the latter's absence. Requirements SELECTION REQUIREMENTS: Five years' experience in the planning and design of construction and/or renovation of large and complex buildings and infrastructures,* three years of which must have included full-time experience managing an organization/section of professional staff responsible for the planning, design, construction and/or renovation of large and complex capital improvements and deferred maintenance including scheduling and resource management or program management. LICENSE: A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions. PHYSICAL CLASS: 2 - Light. Light physical effort which may include occasional light lifting to a 10-pound limit, and some bending, stooping or squatting. Considerable walking may be involved. SPECIAL REQUIREMENT INFORMATION: * Large and complex buildings and infrastructures is defined as a major construction or renovation program encompassing an overall budget of at least 35 million dollars. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Construction Science/Management, Civil Engineering or closely related field. * Experience working for large governmental agency(ies) as an employee or contractor serving a population of 125,000 or larger. * Certification in the following: Certificate of Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Certification as a Project Management Professionals (PMPs), or Program Management Professionals (PgMPs). * Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with others in establishing long range facility plans. * Demonstrated ability to manage large capital improvement projects as well as day-to-day operations of a large complex organization. * Ability to lead a large division through participatory management. * Experience managing a large/complex budget.
