Required Skills:

  • At least 5 years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience

  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment

  • Experience using agile development methodology to conceptualize and deliver software.

  • Must have contributed to at least one major Salesforce project from discovery to go-live

  • Lead a team of board owners and analysts that will gather functional requirements, document them in user stories, and ensure correct configuration by the offshore team

  • Ability to work closely with the client members of the team and SMEs

Desired Skills:

  • Salesforce certifications

  • Agile experience is preferred

  • Declarative customization including the creation of Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Reports and Dashboards

  • Exposure to Standard/Custom object creation, validation rules, etc.

  • Licensing experience

VIEW JOBS 4/3/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-07-02T00:00 <p><strong>Construction Project Manager:</strong></p><p>Our client is a General Contracting firm and is looking for a qualified, highly motivated, Project Manager to lead, manage, and coordinate all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This Project Manager must have commercial experience in hospitality, multi-family, mixed-use, or historic remodel. </p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, the design community, and organizations to enhance future business development opportunities.</li><li>Manage and lead project(s) simultaneously from pre-construction through closeout. Provide oversight for budget and financial management for all projects.</li><li>Review the design scope and approach with regard to constructability, phasing, and coordination. Provide recommendations to design professional(s) to improve documents.</li><li>As the Project Lead, execute field construction activities in conformance with project drawings, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards.</li><li>Keep management informed on the progress of project and budget through regularly scheduled operation meetings, coordination with the accounting department and preparation of margin reports.</li><li>Manage prime contract and/or subcontract agreements from the pre-award phase through contract close-out in accordance with company policies.</li><li>Represent the company and/or the Owner meetings.</li><li>Present factual information; compose memoranda, meeting minutes and reports. Draft front end documents and contract provisions.</li><li>Act as local negotiator and coordinator for issues that may arise during construction.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence and compliance with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements on all projects.</li><li>Oversee the development of the master project schedule. Manage project schedule implementation including critical path activities. Review schedule float for schedule slippages.</li><li>Analyze variances in cost or schedule performance against the plan and communicate the reasons for the issuance of variance and/or proposed recovery plans to senior management.</li><li>Oversee the change management process including proposal efforts for cost and/or scheduling. Review requests for proposals from contractors and/or lower-tier subcontractors.</li><li>Control change/scope creep, ensuring that all scope changes are quickly and properly documented and that change orders are approved prior to the performance of work.</li><li>Oversee the administration of the quality assurance/quality control program.</li><li>Play an active leadership role in the development of the safety culture on the project, making safety a natural part of all work performed.</li><li>Manage required project close-outactivities.</li><li>Support and drive utilization of various company initiatives and technologies.</li><li>Any other duties as necessary or assigned.<br /></li></ul><br /><p><strong>Desired Skills &amp; Experience including, but not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree plus a minimum of <strong>five&nbsp;years</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong>related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and engineering principles and techniques, as well as accounting principles.</li><li>Ability to seek out and find business opportunities.</li><li>Must have knowledge of the regional market and sales/closing skills.</li><li>Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite.</li><li>Must have advanced presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment including, but not limited to:</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
