Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Salesforce Product Owner professional to join our team at the Bridgestone Tower in Nashville,TN. Under moderate supervision, designs, develops and implements Salesforce solutions for complex business situations. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in the Salesforce space across the enterprise. Mentors less senior teammates. Works on multiple complex assignments concurrently. Leads brainstorming with manager and team on approaches or solutions. Develops recommendations for moderate to complex software solutions and internal processes crossing multiple functional domains. Administer Salesforce, lead team with technical support, assist system users, and triage day-to-day production issues to identify short term/long term fixes. The Lead Solutions Analyst is responsible for day to day oversight of team assignments. The individual is deemed as the subject matter expert for the assigned functional domain. The Lead Solutions Analyst enforces the BSA IT technical protocols/governance and reports to the functional area resource manager.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day administration of multiple SFDC Orgs

  • Hands-on configuration/development of Salesforce with a strong focus on user experience, interface design, and reporting

  • Day-to-day management of internal technical team members as well as hosting partners and third-party developers to ensure technical quality, product quality, and efficient use of resources.

  • Confirm technical design / solution development. Lead and facilitate design sessions amongst business, stakeholders, leaders & SME(s), driving integration and eliminating gaps

  • Provides final work effort estimates for all changes

  • Work with other Bridgestone development, support, and architecture teams to ensure that integrations are properly developed, documented, enhanced and maintained.

  • Implementation and monitoring of development and documentation standards, release processes, and support procedures.

  • Manage and own Solution documentation and ensure that always reflect the current business and system processes.

  • Perform root cause analysis on product and process deficiencies, define and implement changes to resolve issues, and triage support issues.

  • Provide 24x7 application support

  • Ensures that team members are focused on prioritized work and that both internal and external resource capacity is being managed effectively

  • Responsible for managing and reporting on operational metrics

  • Work across multiple Salesforce Organizations, and drive standardization where possible

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of Salesforce Administrator experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing a development team and technology vendors

  • Experience managing multiple projects comprising short and long development cycles without supervision.

  • Experience writing technical design docs and driving them through development

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills ensuring zero ambiguity and clear direction in a manner suiting the audience.

  • Demonstrated strong technical leadership including direct and dotted-line supervisory responsibility

  • Ability to communicate to all levels of stakeholders (internal and external), strong problem-solving skills, adaptable, proactive and willing to take ownership.

  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator

  • 3+ years of SFDC Experience working in Lightning/Communities, APEX class / coding, Custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Java, Templates and Web Services.

  • 3+ years of experience with object modeling in Salesforce and understanding of fundamental database concepts (including MS SQL and SFDC SOQL)

  • Background in application development using 1+ years of technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • 3+ years of experience with integrating with the Salesforce platform (inbound/outbound) using the REST/SOAP APIs or Mulesoft

  • 3+ years of experience designing enterprise level solutions

  • Experience with both agile and waterfall implementation methodologies

  • A strong point of view on end-user functionality an eye for highly usable user interface design

  • Preferred Tech and Prof ExperienceCustomer relationship management (CRM) application experience (e.g. Salesforce, Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM)

  • Salesforce Certifications Service Cloud Consultant

  • Salesforce Certifications Sales Cloud Consultant

  • 3+ years of application development experience

  • 3+ years of experience with custom application development in Force.com, utilizing Visual Force and Lightning Components/Framework

  • 3+ years of experience with designing and implementing custom applications on Force.com using APEX programming
