NTT DATA Services currently seeks a SalesForce pre-sales Engineer - Remote US Location plus travel to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Collaborate with Sales Executives to pursue opportunities and help win new business.
Provide technical support and thought leadership in sales calls and customer meetings.
Must be well versed with company's portfolio of offerings/services and be able to articulate their value during sales calls and client meetings.
Lead and facilitate discovery sessions with clients to understand business objectives, challenges and business requirements.
Estimate level of effort based on business requirements, create a bottom-up estimate and a resource model with project timelines.
Develop a solid high-level technical design and architecture based on business requirements.
Create high quality proposals in response to RFI's, RFP's that must describe: solution overview, technical architecture, resource model, timelines, project methodology, assumptions and risks.
Incorporate win themes, company value differentiators and sales messaging in presentations and proposals.
Deliver compelling presentations and effectively articulate technical solutions to clients.
Create Proof of Concepts (POCs) within Salesforce eco-system to verify a design concept and demonstrate the value of the solution to clients.
Create a Statement of Work with clear definition of scope, solution overview, resource model, pricing, assumptions and risks.
Leverage company defined financial model templates to estimate level of effort and seek internal approvals.
Maintain Salesforce certifications as well as keep up with latest features of Salesforce and other applications in Salesforce eco-system.
Create "point of view" reference documents on specific assigned topics to demonstrate company's perspective and thought leadership to customers.
Be creative and offer multiple potential technical solutions to meet customer's business objectives.
Willingness to learn about a specific industry business process to help win new business and write effective proposals.
Coordinate and lead technical resources to architect a complete business and technical solution during the sales process.
Assist with creating Presales best practices and repeatable artefacts.
Minimum of 8 years of consulting experience delivering complex solutions using Salesforce.
Require a minimum of 3 Salesforce Certifications out of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Advanced Admin or Platform Developer.
3 years prior experience with sales processes including architecting and estimating technical solutions.
5 years hands on Salesforce configuration and development experience.
Travel: This position requires someone who can travel within US domestic OR occasionally international Degree: BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
