This is a full-time position with the ability to work in our Brooklyn or Orlando office. We are accepting candidates from both cities. Candidate should be open to traveling infrequently between both cities.

You Will Be

  • Aiding in all aspects of custom development and implementation projects within the firm.
  • Building custom integrations to various cloud services.
  • Enhancing core production implementations.
  • Defining and implementing customizations required for transition to Salesforce Lightning Experience for firm users.
  • Improving our call center and marketing processes from a creative and tactical standpoint.
  • Working full-time out of our Brooklyn and/or Orlando Office.

What We Require

  • Must be located in Central Florida
  • 3+ Years working as a full time salesforce Developer (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning)
  • Expertise working with external APIs (Twilio, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Proven expertise with Lightning Component development
  • Significant experience with integrations in to and out of Salesforce including custom development Apex integrations
  • Significant experience with JavaScript development.
  • A bachelors degree from an accredited university OR equivalent work experience.

Requirements

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
  • Working experience with GIT source control, GitHub, and working familiarity with development lifecycle and release management processes
  • Working experience with various data loading options to Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Force.com Enterprise Patterns approach to Salesforce development
  • Development experience in other languages like Java and .Net

This position will work closely with the lead systems engineer to design, implementation and test application features and capabilities for an Applicant Tracking System supporting an internal and external user base at levels between 45 and 150 users. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Design and develop enterprise mid-tier components of a web-driven n-tier application framework. * Implement web services, data persistence access features and external interfaces to third-party systems. * Partner closely with front-end and database engineers to ensure features are developed holistically. * Participate in design, code, and test inspections throughout SDLC to identify issues/defects. * Perform code reviews prior to deployment. * Collaborate with technical product owners, scrum masters, and release managers to plan, develop, and deploy Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations. * Comply with coding standards for performance, ease of maintenance and scalability and application security. * Follow Agile software development methodology and team architecture standards. * Coding against the Salesforce API's. * Designing Salesforce interfaces. * Designing the data model. * Maintain regular and punctual attendance. * Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelors' degree in a related field. * Experience developing in an Agile Scrum environment. * Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the Salesforce environment. * CompTIA Security+ certification preferred. * Ability to obtain a government security clearance or currently hold an existing clearance (U.S. Citizenship required). * Must have or be able to attain a valid state driver's license and be insurable on the company's automobile insurance policy. SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS * Experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform to deliver projects using SDLC and/or Agile methodologies. * Extensive experience with development, implementation, customization, and integration of software systems. * Software development experience (i.e. Java, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, JSON, REST, SOAP, XML, and/or JSP/JSF). * Self-starter who is comfortable working both independently, remotely, and with various skill sets including other designers and developers. * Ability to work with a diverse team and multiple stakeholder environment with client interfacing skills. * Understanding of design, usability, and functionality in multi-platform and browser environments. * Experience working with Skuid (Metadata) objects in Salesforce. * Cloud / AWS experience; Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and / or Marketing Cloud. * Experience with full SDLC from technical design to development, testing, and deployment. * Organized and efficient with the ability to document all stages of the design solutions. * Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex, Lightning, SOQL, SOSL, and/or Visualforce. * Experience in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.). * Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving skills. * Effective written and verbal communication skills. * Continuous Integration experience.
