Sutter Health is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Solution Architect to join our amazing team. You will be a key Subject Matter Expert in Marketing Cloud working closely with our Sutter Health Strategic Digital Marketing in configuring and enhancing our application to reach out to Sutter Health patients and customers.
Your role as our Marketing Cloud Technologist is critical to ensure our marketing automation platform supports the data and personalization goals of the organization.
Bachelor's IS, Computer Science or related field Required Or equivalent education/experience
Experience in architecting/solution design using technology experience in databases, applications programming, and networking connectivity as typically acquired in 9 years.
Design components of the data integration pipeline, including SFTP configuration, Data Studio, and internal ETL pipelines
Manage Marketing Cloud Platform Configuration and System Health.
In partnership with Marketing Leaders, design data-solutions in support of defined audience segments, trigger qualification data, suppression lists, flag, and arbitration.
Support CRM data transfer and enhancement processes to Salesforce Marketing Cloud with the Data Operations team.
Coordinate with Marketing Automation Manager and CRM strategy team on campaign calendar, creative timelines, priority, resources, campaign QA and feedback before campaign launches.
Support and recommend strategies to achieve Marketing's in-depth reporting and analysis requirements for SFMC digital marketing campaigns aligning with digital marketing goals and KPIs
In collaboration with Marketing, develop and maintain a digital dashboard for all reporting metrics across department: marketing, executives, operations.
Develop best-in-class digital channel attribution, data insights and reporting to provide data insights and recommendations.
Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 4-year college degree; Bachelor's or Masters in Computer Science or related technical field is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce Platform and Software Development.
Minimum of 4 years hands on experience in implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget or similar platforms like Marketo).
Marketing Cloud Consultant certification or equivalent related experience.
General understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application.
Detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture.
Experience with other Health Care CRM is highly preferred.
Experience with and understanding of Marketing Automation platforms, Journey Builder, Pardot Content Builder, Email Studio, Salesforce DMP, Data Studio, Social Studio and Mobile Studio.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce API integration based on previous work.
Experience implementing targeted data import from different sources.
Previous experience with Salesforce-enabled technologies (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community, Chatter, Communities, Partner portal).
Familiarity with Salesforce data security & deployment of change sets.
Web services (POST, SOAP, REST, and JSON).
Web design (HTML, CSS, Java Script and responsive design).
High attention to detail and experience with large data migration.
Experience working with other CRMs and Lead Management platforms.
Identifies and resolves problems in an urgent manner when needed.
Fast independent learner and team player able to set and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in technical writing with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detailed knowledge of Security, Sharing, Profiles, and Roles.
Experience in JAVA or ASP.Net would be an added advantage.
