A recognized leader in online digital marketing agency is growing and has an immediate need for a full time Salesforce Email Specialist at our headquarters in Las Vegas, NV. You will be a leading candidate if you have at least 3 years of Salesforce Marketing Platform and large campaign experience, as well as a full understanding of email campaign best practices to ensure maximum deliverability. This position is like an Account Executive at an advertising agency, where you are responsible for meeting the daily needs of more than one client at a time, including some creative content development, writing and project management. Having worked for or with an agency is a bonus. This is a mid-level salaried position with benefits and, as such, you should outline in your resume and during the interview process solid expertise in and understanding of:


  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including successful building of simple to complex journeys
  • Automation Studio (SQL/Query writing experience)
  • Ampscript knowledge
  • Email deliverability best practices, including spam prevention and online integrity across all ESPs
  • Full reporting during and after campaign runs
  • Large campaign experience (100K+ database sends)
  • Project management from inception to completion
  • Scheduling and time management, especially under tight deadlines
  • Working cross-departmentally to ensure deliverables
  • Understanding of and experience in the creative process
  • Content writing with proper grammar and spelling
  • Working with and managing multiple clients and/or brands at once
  • Basic HTML coding

Minimum Requirements

  • 3 years of Salesforce Marketing Platform experience and email campaign best practices
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
  • Mastery of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Positive, upbeat personality with a true TEAM mentality
  • Current resident of Las Vegas, NV and surrounding NO RELOCATION AVAILABLE

This is a technical position that will be dedicated to the support our of Corporate IT team. The successful candidate will need to work collaboratively with the Business and Technical team to drive implementation and automation of processes and workflow. Candidates must possess the ability to understand business requirements and processes and build workable solutions. This includes technical design, internal/external systems integration, configuration, maintenance, administration, and data management. The ideal candidate for this role is a strategic thinker, comfortable with sharing and accepting ideas. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lighting report building and automated reports is critical to this role * Serve as system administrator for the environment with 150+ users * Work directly with the Salesforce Architect to coordinate requirements for use case development, integration projects and scoping deliverables with various departments * Handle all org governance functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks * Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades * Manage data feeds, error logs and other integrations * Function as a project manager when needed for various IT solutions delivery projects * Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests * Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities * Assist in training of new users, and grow the skill set across the organization * Create custom applications for various lines of business * Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams * Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements * Structuring and moving data between lower environments in addition to staging data for proof of concepts * Manage duplicate records, opportunity pipelines and record ownership/transfers SKILLS REQUIRED: * Experienced in moving data between environments (Data Loader, workbench, IDE) * Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude * Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards * Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills * Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills * Must demonstrate independent ad-hoc CRM solutions outside of directives * Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization * Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs * Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes * Ability to work in a fast paced SDLC in flux with cannabis regulations EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: * Minimum three years of experience as a administrator * Admin (ADM201) certified * Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption * Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity * Strong understanding of best practices and functionality * Strong data management abilities * A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion * A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirement * Experience with UAT and Software development life cycle * Previous experience working in a SCRUM, Lean or agile environment preferred * MuleSoft VPC experience a plus * Microsoft ERP Business Central or Dynamics experience a plus * Must be 21 yrs or older * Background check will be required Curaleaf is an equal opportunity employer Curaleaf Las Vegas NV
