We have an opportunity for a Salesforce Developer to join our team in Golden Valley, MN. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce development to drive the evolution of our CRM capabilities, ensuring we continue to meet the changing needs of our global customer base with efficiency and innovation. You'll be a key player in designing, implementing, and optimizing our Salesforce solutions, directly impacting our mission to bring water to life.

You will:

• Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions to support business requirements, enhancing functionality and improving user experience.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, provide technical insight, and align Salesforce capabilities with business goals.

• Manage the Salesforce environment, including customizations, configurations, and integrations with external systems, ensuring optimal performance.

• Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, enhancing their understanding and use of the platform.

• Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to our ecosystem.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (B.A., B.S.) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex and Visualforce.

• Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, integration, custom development, and deployment.

• Salesforce Developer Certification(s) strongly preferred.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

This is a Hybrid role with an onsite and remote schedule in our Golden Valley, MN office.
