Position Overview: As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support business needs. This includes analyzing project objectives, designing process flows, developing system integrations, and ensuring the successful execution of new applications and improvements to existing systems.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with end-user community and project managers to determine functional requirements
Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions
Ensure solutions meet business requirements and industry best practices
Integrate Salesforce with other applications using web services and APIs
Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications
Provide technical support and training to users
Stay updated with Salesforce features and best practices
Qualifications:
College degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience as a Salesforce Developer
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com, Salesforce Lightning, and Force.com platform
Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce CLI
Excellent problem-solving and decision making abilities

Benefits and Compensation:
FirstLight offers a competitive benefits package including a comprehensive medical benefits, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, 401(k) and flexible work arrangements.
Estimated Annual Base salary, $85,000 - $125,000. Salary pay ranges represent a good faith annual estimate. Actual pay will be based on multiple factors including experience, skill sets, market rates, and internal equity.
