This is a Salaried Full-time-REMOTE position.

Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Developer for Service Cloud with deep chatbot experience.

• The ideal candidate will have Salesforce Service Cloud experience with numerous enterprise project deployments.

• You will also have experience implementing Einstein Bots and other chatbot technologies.

• Your experience covers a strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, and business acumen, processes, agile methodology, data management and integrations to meet client goals

Qualifications:

• A proven Salesforce professional with multiple full lifecycle Service Cloud implementations and have 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce

• Strong chatbot knowledge and integrations with other systems

• Proven experience in overseeing the technical direction, development, and implementation of Salesforce software solutions

• Ability to configure and customize Service Cloud components, including cases, knowledge base, workflows, and reports, to optimize customer service processes.

• Ability to comprehend client requirements and provide the technical solutions

• Effectively work with other developers to accomplish Salesforce project deliverables

• Experience in Apex, Lightning and Lightning Components development

• Strong knowledge of AGILE/SCRUM Processes

• Multi-technology background

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field or equivalent experience

• Salesforce.com Certified Administrator

• Salesforce.com Certified Platform Developer I

• Salesforce.com Certified Platform Developer II, preferred

• Service Cloud Consultant certification would be an asset
