Location: Creve Coeur, MO
Duration: 6-7 months with possible extension
Responsible for working with the Sales Effectiveness team to drive usage and adoption of OneView, a mobile app integrated with Salesforce.com, throughout the US Commercial Sales organization. Special emphasis will be on training and support on mobile platforms and Salesforce.com.
Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience. Experience training and assisting others through coaching, in-person and webinar training. Experience with Salesforce.com and mobile platforms. Demonstrated initiative to drive results. Attention to detail. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Excellent planning and organizational skills.
We are launching an exciting new mobile app to our US field sales team. The candidate will be involved in usability sessions and will need to learn the mobile app to help us launch it to our US Field Sales teams. They will help with training the users via team meetings, Webinars or 1 on 1.
Will work with various team members from Sales Effectiveness and OneView Project team and Sales Teams
We are adding an additional Salesforce Coordinator role to our team help with the launch and support/adoption of a new mobile app we are launching to the US Sales Teams.
Team Dynamic: We've had 2 SF Coordinators for approx. 5 years. The Sales Effectiveness team was formed approx. 2 years ago and adding on various roles including 2 additional SF Coordinators in the last year. This will be the 5th SF Coordinator role on the team as we continue to add capabilities into our Salesforce platform.
Salesforce.com/mobile app experience, coaching/training others on systems
Bachelor's degree is a nice to have but will take equivalent experience.
