JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Salesforce Administrator responsibilities, including:

  • Gathering and documenting requirements;

  • Developing test plans and leading testing cycles (both QA and UAT).

  • Developing training materials and conducting training sessions.o Analyzing and cleansing data files (in Excel, text, etc.);

  • Extracting data from, and loading files into, Salesforce;

  • Designing and generating Salesforce reports and dashboards.

  • Salesforce App Builder responsibilities, including:

  • Designing the application database;

  • Building objects and fields;o Building validation rules;

  • Building page layouts;

  • Defining and building calculated fields;

  • Creating workflows;

  • Defining security with roles, groups, profiles, permission sets, and field-level security.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience demonstrating competence in the roles and responsibilities described above.

  • Experience working in a client-facing, consulting environment.

The following credentials are required:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator Certified Force.com Developer (DEV 401) or Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder

  • Certified Salesforce

  • Advanced Administrator

  • Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant

  • Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant

This role is based in our Indianapolis, Ind. office and partners to develop our overall Enterprise Marketing and Communications experience. This role will collaborate with a broad range of teams, including business strategy leads, communications, product teams, sales, operations and creative teams. Daily Responsibilities * Understanding business requirements and ability to translate into strategy-based technical solutions based primarily on Salesforce.com platform. * Build, test and deploy solutions related to Salesforce and related applications, including custom objects/fields, page layouts/ views, workflows/flows/process builder, security (users, profiles, roles) and all other aspects of Salesforce administration * Responsible for leveraging the Salesforce.com platform to help drive configurations, enhancements, and work flow capabilities as defined by the business lines. * Deliver enhancements and new functionality to support the business using the Salesforce.com platform features including: custom objects and fields, workflows, approval processes, etc. * Support user informational needs by creating and managing reports and dashboards * Assist with and complete special projects as assigned Job Requirements * BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred * 1-3 years of experience as a SFDC Administrator * Demonstrated experience in an autonomous role within a highly dynamic and changing business environment * Intermediate excel skills * Experience working with Dataloader.io or Data Loader * Extraordinary ability to grow internal relationships across a wide range of teams * Dynamic, agile learner driven by curiosity and motivated by daily deadlines * Adaptable articulate presenter with the desire to exemplify passion in driving excellence and creative solutioning. * Travel up to 10% To learn more about our products, services, and the companies of OneAmerica, visit oneamerica.com/companies.
