ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a SalesForce Configuration Lead requiring a Public Trust for our Federal customer located in College Park, MD. ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the architectural design, development, customization, and integration efforts of Salesforce.com implementations for our federal customers. These solutions are comprised of leading edge cloud-based platforms and tools including Salesforce.com, Force.com, Apex/Visual force, and other related technologies.

As the Configuration Lead, you provide hands-on support for the implementation of a SalesForce CRM solution. You will be a member of a SalesForce practice providing solutions and ongoing support to Federal customers. You will have opportunities to support the design and implementation of new solutions as well as modify existing products to help the Federal government in its IT Modernization initiatives. You will be a member of an expert team in rapid SalesForce configuration and deployment leveraging the SalesForce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities for solve our federal customers' challenges.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a member of our SalesForce practice, your initial assignment is to develop a new CRM implementation for our newest Federal customer. As such, you will be in the position to build a strong customer relationship and create the opportunity for repeat business.

Basic Qualifications:

  • The Configuration Lead shall have five (5) or more years of hands-on experience configuring a SalesForce solution.

  • The Configuration Lead must have five (5) or more years of hands-on experience mapping a predefined set of business requirements in partnership with a business analyst to develop a SalesForce solutions 'out-of-box' functionality. This includes providing feedback on all anomalies where the solution cannot be configured to meet the requirements and will require customization.

  • The Configuration Lead must have five (5) or more years of hands-on experience partnering with a business analyst in order to create workflows, business rules etc. for a SalesForce solution.

  • The Configuration Lead must have five (5) or more years of hands-on experience developing queries, reports, updating out-of-the box forms, fields, drop-down fields, naming conventions etc. for a SalesForce solution.

  • Strong oral and written skills are required.

  • Certifications for a SalesForce solution from the OEM are beneficial but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

In addition to the required qualifications above, the ideal candidate will have.

  • Strong elicitation and interviewing skills

  • Strong client interaction and client management skills

  • Ability to work in unstructured environments

  • Demonstrated history of excellent teamwork and client service

This enables RedLine to accomplish what other firms cannot and promotes a high level of staff retention. We offer services ranging from full life cycle HPC systems engineering to remote managed services to HPC program analysis. We are located in the Washington, DC area.</p><p>RedLine is seeking two Scientific Programmer/Analysts to support the Implementation and Data Services Branch (IDSB) in the National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP) Central Operations (NCO). The IDSB supports the implementation, maintenance, and Tier-2 support of the operational production suite on the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) High Performance Supercomputing (HPC) systems and of the applications on NOAA's Integrated Dissemination Program systems. The IDSB serves as the technical transition between the research and development of all aspects of the NCEP's computing algorithms and their operational implementation. The IDSB is also responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient flow of data to internal and external customers and communicating product changes. </p><p><strong>US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance are mandatory requirements for this position.</strong> The position is located at a customer site in College Park, MD. Preference is for local candidates, but we will consider relocation as well. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>These two positions will serve as Analysts on the team responsible for supporting the HPC systems. The candidates will be responsible for supporting the continuous, highly critical operations of the NWS operational supercomputing system, providing central guidance and forecast products 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>The candidates should have at least a B.S. or equivalent experience in atmospheric sciences or meteorology, computer science, mathematics, or a related physical science, with five years or more experience. These are considered junior-level positions. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas:</strong></p><ul> <li>Work in an HPC environment on the Linux platform that has a large-scale parallel file-system with multiple petabytes of storage, parallel processing with MPI/OPENMP and workload managers. </li> <li>Independently analyze, evaluate and implement modifications in a time-critical complex operational suite. </li> <li>Support applications across different scripting languages such as Python, C, Perl, FORTRAN, Bash and HTML. Be able to compile, test, debug and document the application. </li> <li>Perform upgrades to the HPC operational suite using established software development standards.</li> <li>Ensure that implementations and upgrades are properly tested and coordinated. </li> <li>Troubleshoot issues with complex applications during business hours and in a rotating on-call basis off-hours.
