Position Description:

Zayo is seeking a talented Salesforce Configuration Admin Specialist to help take our Salesforce platform to the next level. We are looking for someone with a good understanding of Salesforce, strong data management abilities, the ability to translate technical information into layman's terms, and a high level of attention to detail. The ideal Salesforce Configuration Admin Specialist will be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce instance.

• Salesforce Configuration changes such as: creating and modifying objects, fields, record types, custom applications, validation rules, and other Salesforce configuration items.

• Build automations leveraging Salesforce declarative automation tools such as Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, and Approval Processes.

• Configure Salesforce security and permissions including permission sets, field level security, profiles, object access, and sharing rules.

• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions.

• Focus on improving the end-user experience of Salesforce.

• Responsible for communicating effectively with Business Analysts, Salesforce Developers, and stakeholders.

• Interpret complex requirements and design sustainable, scalable solutions to meet them.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/technical experience

• Certified Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce administration experience, preferred

• Trailhead badges/Super badges

• Quick learner and capable of learning new systems, including new Salesforce features and products

• Flexibility, integrity and creative analytical problem-solving skills

• Skilled at clearly articulating technical issues and processes in a meaningful way to end-users and other teams

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Strong personal drive for ensuring client success with a proactive focus

• Demonstrates continued personal/professional development

Base pay range: $64,700 - $86,300, commensurate with experience
