Work you'll do
The Advertising, Marketing and Commerce team delivers and deploys strategy, design, and implementation of web content management, digital asset management, and other technology solutions in the digital marketing and content space. As a member of the team, you will bring considerable technical, functional and product expertise to deliver effective solutions to clients.
Our Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team focuses on delivering marketing and growth objectives aligned with our clients' brand values for measurable business growth. We do this by creating content, communications and experiences that engage and inspire their customers to act. We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our clients' marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities, many from our Digital Studios.

Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design and development (web, mobile, social, physical)
eCommerce strategy, implementation and operations
Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions

Marketing analytics implementation and operations
Advertising campaign ideation, development and execution
Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development and execution
Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results
The Salesforce Commerce Cloud Architect will perform needs assessments applications configuration. He/She will develop robust solutions using the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platform.
Lead development workstreams, including providing direction to offshore teams
Create project estimates (cost/resources/schedule)
Using SFCC, he/she will analyze and translate business requirements into customized solutions
Responsible for timely delivery of project reporting (status, risks, issues, etc.) and presenting these to clients
The primary accountability is to translate client requirements into SFCC system requirements, design specifications and document new and/or existing application requirements
Ensure well structured, easily maintained and high-quality program code is produced by the development team(s). Prepares documentation of developed programs and processes
Working as a subject matter expert, this individual will share knowledge across teams and assist with the mentoring, training and development of team SFCC technical skills
Ensure team follows established technical standards. Ensure all deliverables are of the highest quality
Prepares estimates for complex projects to provide management with information needed to accurately forecast project delivery dates
Assist project team with testing. Work with QA team in developing system test plans and help perform full system testing prior to implementation
Collaborate with product management and operations to build and optimize our website and internal systems
Analyze user requirements to design and develop features
Create thorough and clear technical documentation. Interpret and follow technical designs for implementations
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience defining, designing and implementing SFCC eCommerce platform. Experience with SFCC's SFRA technology is highly attractive
4+ years of SFCC experience, to include site merchandising operations, reporting, site search & SEO, AB testing, campaign & promotions management and maintenance
Experience leveraging web services to integrate SFCC with external apps (REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON). Digital script, ISML
Develop software solutions using Salesforce.com API framework, and 3rd part APIs.
Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards
Strong experience with CI/CD deployment framework. Experience with version control Systems (especially Git-based) preferred
Experience working as a developer/designer member of an Agile or Scrum team. Familiarity with Jira and/or other Agile Lifecycle Management tools preferred
Salesforce Commerce Cloud certifications highly preferred: B2C Commerce Developer and B2C Commerce Architect
Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
Keen problem-solving skills, ability to deal with complex situations and recommend a technical solution
Strong analytic, problem solving and business acumen
Ability to translate business needs into creative technological solutions
