Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

Piper Companies is looking for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join an IT consulting company working with the 9/11 Victim's Compensation Fund. This is a hybrid position with two days onsite in Washington DC per week.

Essential Duties of the Salesforce BSA:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce solutions.

• Document detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and recommendations for Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.

Qualifications of the Salesforce BSA:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Salesforce.

• Deep understanding of both Salesforce functionality and business processes.

• Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and development (e.g., workflows, process builder, Apex triggers)

• Proficiency in data analysis and mapping, with experience using tools such as Excel or Salesforce Data Loader.

• B.S. in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Compensation for the Salesforce BSA:

• $75,000 - $95,000 (based on experience)

• 3 days remote per week
